Course Overview

The Foundation in Information Technology program at Multimedia University Malaysia is a one-year program that equips students with computer skills, as well as mathematical and physics knowledge. The program combines lectures and laboratory work to develop practical skills. Upon completion, students can pursue a degree program in either the Faculty of Computing and Informatics or the Faculty of Information, Science and Technology. The program provides a strong foundation for further studies in information technology. Pass SPM/O-Level or its equivalent with a minimum of Grade C in at least five (5) subjects inclusive of English, Mathematics and two (2) sciencesubjects. For other qualifications and certificates (e.g., UEC, equivalent , etc..) please contact our educational consultants or submit your application for Admission assessment Upon completion of the foundation program, students have the option to pursue a degree program in either the Faculty of Computing and Informatics (FCI) or the Faculty of Information, Science and Technology (FIST). This allows students to further specialize in their chosen field within the realm of information technology.
